EVO ATHLETICS — Return & Exchange Policy

At EVO Athletics, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
  •  Unworn and unwashed
  •  Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  •  In original packaging with all tags attached
  •  Unused (for accessories)

Final Sale items, discounted pre-orders, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, as long as the item is still in stock.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
  •  Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method (your choice).
  •  Refund processing may take 3–7 business days once we receive the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we made an error (wrong item, damaged arrival), we cover the return label.

📬 How to Start a Return

Email us at evo.athleticsapparel@gmail.com with:
  •  Order number
  •  Full name
  •  Item you want to return or exchange
  •  Reason for return

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

❗️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right immediately.
